STARTING TIMES:
Racing will begin at 7:30pm. Sign-ups will close at 7:15. Drivers must be in line for sign-ups before 7:15pm.
Racers who know they will be late for a race should contact the host raceway to make plans for the late arrival. All reasonable attempts will be made to accommodate racers who cannot arrive at the track by the close of sign-ups at 7:15pm. With prior approval of the host raceway, latecomers will be placed at the end of the line and will race last, if possible.
REGISTRATION & ENTRY FEES:
All drivers must register to race before the close of sign-up. The Host track will announce when sign-ups open and close (i.e. Sign-ups open, 15 minutes left, 5 minutes left and 1 minute left.) After 7:15, any driver that failed to sign-up may be allowed to race but will lose appearance points for that evening’s race.
At the time of registration a driver must declare which team he/she represents, so any race points he/she scores may be counted toward the team championship.
TECH INSPECTION:
Cars will be inspected by authorized persons only. No one may tech their own car. A minimum of two tech inspectors will process each race car. Additional tech inspectors may be used when available.
Random tech checks may be made at any time at the discretion of the tech inspectors.
In any discrepancies the Race director makes all decisions.
